It’s been a while coming, but we are now ready to reveal the line-up for our forthcoming event – Politics, Participation and Prevent!
The theme is ‘Politics, Participation and Prevent’ and we are offering workshops, stalls and activities to support ESOL practitioners to feel more confident teaching in the current ESOL context. Come away with practical teaching tools and a better understanding of our roles in supporting ESOL students. Tea, cakes and canapés included!
Also an exciting evening programme featuring the now famous Ruth Hayman Trust Quiz!
NATECLA London will donate part of the proceeds to the Ruth Hayman Trust (the only charity in the UK that provides support to ESOL learners)
Tickets (prices below include Eventbrite booking fees):
- NATECLA members £11.25
- NATECLA Institutional members £27.16
- Non-members £37.76

The programme includes sessions as diverse as using the news in the classroom, learning about NIACE’s Citizens’ Curriculum, using protest chants to practice pronunciation and a look at participatory ESOL.
